2009 | Continental acquires the remaining shares of Continental Matador Rubber and Continental Matador Truck Tires, making the Púchov plant a part of the Continental tire manufacturing landscape. Environmental Ltd.) becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Continental U.K. Group Holdings Limited.
